Shipping and Handling

Orders within Australia

To ship all of our orders within in Australia we use a trackable insured courier service that requires a signature upon delivery. As per courier policy, if you are not home to sign for your package, they will leave a slip to inform you of your delivery and to rearrange delivery or collection.

All parcels will take between 3-7 working days to deliver once dispatched. Please note that this may vary at peak times such as the Christmas season.

We are also able to offer an express post service upon request. Please contact our friendly staff for a custom express post quote.

Orders outside Australia

International orders are sent via a trackable, insured international courier. Your order will be able to be tracked until it is delivered.  All deliveries outside Australia aim to be delivered between 15- 20 days.

The handling time for all orders will be as long as the order's longest handling time (eg: an order of moulded flooring, floor mats, and underlay would have a handling time of 5 days), as we ship all items together.
