1. You may be entitled to a refund or exchange if:
- The product is not to a reasonable expectation of quality
- The product is unfit for the purpose you require as described to you by us
- The product does not match the description of goods online
- The product is in some way defective
2. The returned goods
- must be in saleable condition and in original packaging
- must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date your received it
- must have proof of purchase enclosed
3. We will endeavour to rectify any manufacturer fault by offering a like for like exchange.
4. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if:
- You simply change your mind
- You have provided incorrect measurements or other information
5. It will be at the discretion of All Car Carpets regarding the resolution of a claim. Simply call our office and speak to our friendly staff prior to returning your goods.
6. All Car Carpets will bear the reasonable shipping costs of returning your item. Our staff will work with you to facilitate easy returns.
