12 Month Product Warranty

Thank you for shopping with All Car Carpets. We are pleased to offer a 12 month warranty on all of our products. 

Warranty Terms 

This warranty is provided by INCA Australia Pty Ltd trading as All Car Carpets ABN 8114 9101 673 (All Car Carpets). All Car Carpets warrants your new product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, provided the product is used in accordance with the provided manufacturer’s instructions enclosed with your product. Manufacturer’s instructions are also available at on our installation page.  

Claiming Your Warranty 

All Car Carpets will offer a repair, replacement or refund if the product is assessed as being defective during the warranty period stated above. To claim the warranty, please contact All Car Carpets at 1800 227 628 or sales@all-car-carpets.com.au. It is your responsibility to provide All Car Carpets staff with any information, including photographs, they may require to process your warranty claim. Your goods may need to be assessed by our factory before determining any claim. All Car Carpets will bear the reasonable expense of claiming the warranty. Please speak to our staff to arrange compensation for expenses incurred in returning goods if a return is deemed necessary. 


This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance or normal wear and tear. The warranty will no longer apply where the defect is a result of alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect. The warranty also excludes damage resulting from natural disasters, and theft or loss of a product. As the consumer, it is your responsibility to open your parcel within the warranty period and ensure that the goods received match your order. Failing to do so will void the warranty. Please refer to Australian Consumer Law to review your rights if you open your parcel after the warranty period and find a defect. 

Legal Information 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits to the consumer given by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the Australian Consumer Law in relation to the goods and services to which this warranty relates.
